I will not charge for making reasonable alterations, where agreed.
Further work outside the original brief discussed may not be practical and would not be carried out without a mutually agreed reasonable charge, for example editing a background or additional subjects.
If I require further photographic reference from you I might require more time to carry out the amendments. Once I have completed the portrait, I will send a low res digital version for you to approve.
Once I have sent you this proof, please notify me via e mail or WhatsApp, within seven days if you are happy, or require any alterations. If I don't hear from you I will assume it meet's with your approval and I will send it to the printer.
I will make corrections within reason and as quickly as I can. Please note that I cannot accept liability for subtle differences in colour between phone screens and personal computers, to the final printed protrait.
A non-refundable deposit is payable in advance to be offset against price of finished work. This will amount to 50% of the agreed price and, once cleared, secures your booking and any agreed deadline.
Once I consider that the digital portrait is completed, I will email you a low res digital version to ensure you are happy. At this stage, I am happy to make minor alterations, where possible and reasonable and will send another digital low res for your approval. I will then send the amended a low res digital version of the agreed amendments and offer a final opportunity to alter the picture to your liking if you are not entirely satisfied. Once remaining payment (including postage) is received in full, the final print will be posted at your cost via special delivery or insured courier service. International delivery is also available at cost.
